Accident Investigations/Personal Injury- When a traffic crash or accident occurs, many factors and circumstances need to be investigated. I will personally locate and interview witnesses, thoroughly review and examine crash reports, take photographs and measurements, time traffic speed and traffic lights, measure induced and contact damage, inspect the mechanical soundness of the involved vehicles, and methodically itemize the events as precisely as possible to establish the facts and circumstances surrounding the accident. Clients are provided with detailed, unbiased, and independent accident investigations. Personal injury investigations can evolve into product liability cases when I present my conclusions, which may include a recommendation for subrogation, for instance. All facts and information will be gathered, but delve further by researching consumer complaints and investigating the background of a particular product.

Background/Public Records Check- Background checks are often requested by employers on job candidates for employment screening, especially on candidates seeking a position that requires high security or apposition of trust, such as in a school, daycares, home care, hospital, financial institution, airport, and government. A background check looks further into a person's professional and personal history. A background check investigator will conduct interviews and find documents that will give you a greater understanding of the person you are looking into. These checks are traditionally administered by a government agency for a nominal fee, but can also be administered by private companies. Results of a background check typically include past employment verification, credit history, and criminal history.

Child Custody- A child custody investigation can protect your children from danger and abuse. In the case of a divorce or separation, child custody investigation can help make sure that the child involved stay safe. A parent or court may order a child custody investigator to determine what the child’s experience is like with a custody or non-custody parent. Investigations of parents sometimes reveal chronic neglect, child abuse, or parental alcoholism or drug abuse. If you need to know, a private investigator or qualified child custody investigator can tell you the truth and can save your child’s life.

Civil Investigations- A civil investigation helps uncover and assemble the information needed for a civil trial. A civil trial is the opposite of a criminal trial. In most cases, this type of court case involves two individual citizens who are arguing about an issue that relates to their rights as citizens.

Competitive/Corporate Intelligence- Competitive/Corporate Intelligence consulting and investigations is the art of ethically gathering information related to clients’ similar or fraudulent products or services.

Criminal Investigations- Criminal investigations include examining written records, helping to prepare evidence for trial, investigating felony and misdemeanor crimes, and offering testimony in court about the gathered evidence. One of the main contexts in which an investigator works is crime scenes. The investigator is charged with studying the scene and determining what may have occurred based on the evidence observed and collected at the scene. A criminal investigator then turns evidence over to a forensics specialist for evaluation. An investigator often interviews people who are related to the case to gain more information. This might include witnesses and family and friends of the suspect. Criminal investigators also study records, observe suspicious activities or suspects, and help with raids and arrests.

Due Diligence- Due diligence refers to many different situations involving an investigation of either a business or individual, before signing a contract and becoming legally responsible for an entity. A due diligence investigation is a type of pre-transaction or pre-employment corporate investigation that tries to uncover details of a company's management, finances, performance, mission, history, aims, suppliers, clients, industry and any other details that may affect how a company does business.

Fraud/Litigation Support- Fraud is considered to involve misrepresentation with intent to deceive. The investigator launching the investigation explains why they suspect fraud has taken place and hand over any other evidence they have to the client. A fraud investigator will use this initial information to find more evidence and more facts, use surveillance, asset searches, background checks, employee investigations, business investigations, and other types of methods to get to the bottom of a case.

PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR SERVICES

Missing Person- One of the big problems with police-led missing persons searches is simply that the term missing persons is so narrow. Police will only begin looking for a missing child at a specific amount of time after the child was last seen and by that time, it may be too late if the child has been kidnapped by a pedophile or child killer.

Skip Tracing- A skip trace is an investigative technique that traces (or finds) an individual, generally one who has skipped out on a legal or financial obligation, but it is not limited to those matters. These investigations are commonly used to track down defendants who have missed court appearances or skipped bail, locate individuals who need to be served with legal documents, or track down a person on behalf of a debtor.

Surveillance/Photography/Video- Surveillance is the close observation of a person, place, or object. Surveillance investigations can include: missing person searches, cheating spouse investigations, recurrent theft, worker's compensation cases, and vandalism.

Video Depositions- Provided is a professional video documentation for a variety of legal matters. Transcriptions and audio recording are critical evidence that can be utilized for depositions, arbitrations, examination under oath, activities of daily life, etc. Footage obtained can be utilized in the court of law.

Witness Interviews/Location- Interviewing is the complex process of gathering facts from people that can then become testimonial evidence. Interviews are conducted to reconstruct a crime or event, to obtain evidence, to connect facts that seem disconnected, to look for leads, to identify facts and to find out what actually happened.

Workers Compensation- Workers compensation fraud occurs when a claimant, employer, or health care provider knowingly lies in order to gain an advantage, savings, money, or other benefit. If you suspect your employee, employer, or a healthcare provider has committed workers compensation fraud, it is recommended that a private investigator's services are used.
